The Sixth Biennial of Iranian Graphic Designers
May 4 - Jun. 1, 1999

A collection of graphic works including poster, environmental graphic, packaging, layout, brochure, catalog, book cover, press advertisement and letter design. Each section will receive special awards. On the sideline of the exhibition, there will be lectures and round tables to present critiques and also look into Iranian contemporary graphic design.

Islamic Revolution Reflected in Painting

The Fourth Tehran International Cartoon Biennial

An important event in line with achieving an international standing for Iranian cartoon designers. Amateur and professional artists will present their selected works in two categories for an international jury to judge: thematic and free.
The Fourth Biennial of Iranian Traditional Painting

An opportunity to present Iranian traditional painting: a new chance to discover young talented artists, introducing fresh ideas and experiences. The exhibition presents selected works in three categories: miniature, illumination and carpet design.
The Fourth International Biennial of Children Book Illustration

The mysteries and fantasies of the children's world, reflected in the works of illustrators displaying a unique and incomparable world of imagination and innovation. Together with the exhibition of "Green land of dream", a seminar on both illustration and literature appeared in the children books, will be held.
Pop Art

A movement in contrast with Abstractionism of 1950's in the United states. Pop artists, generally, reflected a consumer society in the industrial world. Great works by Andy Warhol, Robert Rauschenberg, Roy Lichtenstein, Jim Dine, James Rosenquist and other important pop artists will be showcased in this exhibition.

The Third Triennial of Iranian Contemporary Sculpture
Jan. 11 - Feb. 4, 2000
Presenting new approaches towards monument and sculpture design. To achieve this goal, this triennial exhibition tries to promote competition among sculptors and to provide the ground needed for quality critique and assessment. The exhibition will have three sections including statues, frescos and monuments.
